Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bytey, provided by Verado Studio (“we”, “us”). Bytey includes the Bytey app, the Bytey website (getbytey.com) and the Bytey Chrome extension. By using Bytey, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bytey.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Please provide accurate information. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Bytey only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

4. Content

Content you save belongs to its original creators. Bytey creates summaries for your personal use only. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at support@veradostudio.com.

5. AI-generated content

Summaries and answers in Bytey are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. They are not professional advice. Please verify important information.

6. Subscriptions

• Bytey offers a free plan and Bytey Pro, an auto-renewing subscription. Features, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
• We may change features or prices. Apple will notify you of any price change before it applies.

The Bytey website and Chrome extension are free to use.

7. Intellectual property

Bytey, including its design, name and logo, belongs to Verado Studio. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Bytey in line with these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Bytey at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Bytey is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verado Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Bytey. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and Verado Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Bytey or its support, and has no warranty obligations for it beyond refunding the purchase price where applicable. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bytey after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
