How can we help?

Create one in the Bytey app, or on this website at Create account. One account works everywhere: the app, the website and the Chrome extension.

Go to Reset password and enter your email. If it has a Bytey account, we'll send you a link to choose a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from getbytey.com. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll help.

Open the Bytey app and delete your account from its settings. This removes your account and the data saved in it from our servers.

Can't use the app? Email support@veradostudio.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my Bytey account”, and we'll delete it for you.

If you have Bytey Pro, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings too. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.

Click Add to Chrome on the home page, then click Add extension in Chrome. Pin it from the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar so it's always one click away.

Sign in on this website in the same Chrome browser and the extension signs in automatically. You can also click the Bytey icon and sign in there with your email.

Click the Bytey icon in the toolbar, or press Alt+Shift+S. To save a quote, highlight the text, right-click it and choose Save selected text.

Make sure the extension and the app are signed in with the same email. Saves made while you're offline are sent as soon as you're back online. Open the extension's library to see each save's sync status.

Chrome has to be running for reminders to appear, and notifications must be allowed for Chrome in your computer's settings. Reminders missed while Chrome was closed are shown the next time you open it.

Right-click the Bytey icon and choose Remove from Chrome. This deletes the data the extension stored on your computer. Your Bytey account and the saves in your app are not affected.

Bytey Pro is billed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bytey and tap Cancel Subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
